PMS Pavement Management Services Ltd. is a civil engineering consultancy firm specialising in testing, evaluation and management of roads, airports and ports. The company was founded in January 1992 and is based in Dublin, with a second office in Galway. PMS Pavement Management Services Ltd. is a wholly Irish owned limited liability company.

Most work to date has been carried out in Ireland, however PMS has also carried out pavement evaluation in the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Trinidad and Tanzania.

On Site Testing
Our subsidiary company Highway Testing Laboratory provides numerous kinds of testing services such as Skid resistance tests and Materials Testing.

State-of-the-Art Equipment
Our company employs state-of-the-Art testing equipment such as the Falling Weight Deflectometer, ARAN, SCRIM, and the Grip Tester to ensure that you get the most accurate results from our tests.
